Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends on holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates a Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected:

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship all over the United States and Canada.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available. 

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Zara Technologies LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of packaging ad product so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Custom, Duties, and Taxes

International order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.
